I saw another forum post where a user was unable to activate their SIM while in Germany -- they had to have KPN staff activate it for them through the forum. (see below link)
 

 

Would I only be able to activate a KPN SIM while in the Netherlands, or can KPN staff activate the SIM for me while I am in any country?

As you can see we can do this for you. Would you please fill in your KPN profile and let me know when it's done. Don't forget your contract number, mobile phone number and the last 4 digits of your bank account.
