Hello,

Today I tried to activate the multi sim for my apple watch, but after completing the procedure on the apple watch app, the sim card wasn’t added to my apple watch and it doesn’t appear on the Apple watch app.

I’ve tried to re-follow the procedure, but now when logging into the KPN website through the apple watch app, it tells me that the multi sim is already active, even if nothing appears on the Apple watch and on the app.

I believe there was an error that prevented the multi sim to be activated correctly.

How can reset the multi sim and re-follow the procedure?

I have only one apple watch, so it’s not possible that the sim is activated somewhere else.

Thank you!

Hi @Giuseppe S, welcome to our forum. It sounds like something went wrong while activating it, causing this strange message. Have you tried calling us about this already (at 0800-0402)? That is the quickest way to take a closer look at it.

If you haven't or it hasn't been gesolved that way, you can fill out your profile completely (postal code, house number, name and date of birth of the subscriber, the 06-number and the last 3 digits of your IBAN) and tell us you've done so. Then I'll be able to take a look at it too.

Hi @Jasper !

I didn’t call 0800-0402 yet, if you are able to help me through the forum would be great, otherwise I’ll try calling later.

I added my info to the profile.

Thank you :)

Thanks @Giuseppe S, I’ve taken a look and it looks like multisim did activate on the 20th. Which is also the date you created this topic. But it hasn't shown up on your Apple Watch or in the Apple Watch app on your iPhone yet?

Hi @Jasper , yes, the sim doesn’t appear on either the Apple watch or the watch app on the iphone, and I cannot follow the procedure to reactivate the sim, because the kpn website tells me that I already have a multisim active.

Thank you @Giuseppe S, that is a shame. I've created a ticket for the specialist. They'll take a further look into it for us and contact you directly.
