Hello. My mobile data has stopped working after returning from a long holiday in south America. I have tried everything. Turning on and off, taking sim out, reseting. But nothing works. I also changed to an E sim card thinking that maybe it was the sim card anyway, but is not. 

What is strange is that it shows on my internet consumption as if I have used a lot (23 GB) but I don't have a network for quite some days and in the app it shows that I'm at 0 this month.

 

Any help for this?

Hi @DianaMorales, welcome to the community. On the second screenshot it looks like the connection with the network can't be made. While not connected to the network, there should be no usage. That is strange. I don't know what the cause is, from here we can't see your phone. I think it's best to visit a KPN Store near you. A colleague in the store can take a look at the phone settings and see what's going on.
