hi,

I lost my KPN sim card during my exchange period. I only can come back NL on December, But this number is super important for me to receive messages and login account. I am wondering if its possible to request a new sim card sent to my home address and i will ask my friend to help me to sent it to me later.

You can call the customer service with the toll-free number of KPN 0800 0402 Available on: Mon-Fri between 08:00 - 18:00, Sat. 08:00 - 17:00.

Closed on Sundays and public holidays
