I bought a new phone for my wife along with a KPN subscription and chose the option of number porting to move from her existing subscription from Lebara to KPN. She received a SMS from KPN a few days ago saying only 3 days left to reply “Ja” to 6688 for number porting but only saw the SMS today (the 3rd day) and sent the SMS. However there was no confirmation received back that the number porting request was completed.

 

Can someone please let me know how to check if the number posting request is activated? She cannot lose her old number!

Hi @OQ79, welcome to our forum, in cases like this it's best to call us on 0800-0402, my colleagues there can check it for you and also take the appropriate steps if the reply didn't come through in time.
