When I try to Log in with KPN ID during Multisim activation steps, I am getting the following error message:

 


But the phone number is linked to the KPN ID, so that message doesn’t make any sense.

 

That's unfortunate! Did you manage to resolve this. Otherwise i would remove your number from this KPN ID and link it again. If that doesn't work you should contact 0800-0402 or visit a KPN store near you.


No I didn't. And now I keep getting the following message every time I try:

And I have been trying a quite few times already and get always the same error message above. 


Than I would advise you to contact customer support or visit a KPN Store.
