I lost my SIM card since I moved providers a while ago and I’m unsure as to where I put it. 
My number switched yesterday but since I don’t have a SIM card it does not work and cannot call support.

Since I cannot contact you via email I cannot get a hold of anyone to solve my problem.
Since I cannot use the website to request a new SIM, I cannot solve my problem on my own.

What am I suppose to do?

Hi @Matteo Alberghini, welcome to our forum. That is an unfortunate situation! The quickest way is to go to a KPN shop near you, that way you can get a new simcard directly. 

When you have an activated subscription and it is connected to your MijnKPN, it's also possible to request a new sim online. I don't know it that way is applicable for you.
