Can't send a conformation to 6688 to transfer my number

I’ve tried everything but I’m NOT able to send JA to 6688 from my Lyca simcard. Is there any other way I can confirm that I want to change to KPN? Thanks!

Yes @aatmeh , another option is calling KPN customer service on 0800-0402.
Open Monday-Friday from 8am to 6pm, Saturday from 8am to 5pm.

There the KPN employee can confirm your numbertransfer as well.
You will be asked for your personal information and your Lyca customer number.

You can also visit a KPN shop  → Find a KPN shop
