Yesterday I was at KPN store to order a new phone (which I receive a message that it’s not on stock and they have no idea when it will arrive, which is not good) and to change my Lycamobile abbonement to KPN and keep the same number.
I received a message today to send JA to 6688 and it wasn’t possible, even I sent YES and try to call 0800-4020 but doesn’t work.
Do you know how I can handle it in order to resolve and keep my same number as agreed at the store and also, any idea when I will receive my phone?
