Can't share MB's with my partner

Hi, me and my partner have recent moved to Amsterdam and set up 2 phone numbers with KPN.

 

I have an unlimited calls/data sim only plan

She has an unlimited calls only plan.

 

The intention here was that I would set up and automatic data share with her to bundle our accounts. From what i can see we have done everything right. But when i go to set up the automatic share the page just refreshes and i cannot progress to set this up.

 

Has anyone had this issue?

Hi @Jacob Dawjee, do you only experience this with automatic sharing or also when you manually try to share MB's with her?

I'm curious if both numbers are registered to use the Husselvoordelen. Can you use the 'Check je voordelen’ button at this page to check: Check Husselvoordelen? What does it say?
