In addition to my internet subscription I have subscribed to 2 SIM only mobile subscriptions.

I would to use Share MB to share data from my unlimited data subscription to the second one (0 data) but I cannot get it done on the mobile app.

 

I can see all the products in my account and the 2 phones seem to have the same address. Any idea what could be the issue?

Would you confirm that if you fill in this form to register for Combineer en krijg meer you get a message saying you're already registered? If so, please check out this page on MB's delen? Click here for a translated version. There you will find the usual tips for what to do if sharing MB's still doesn't work.

If all of those tips don't work, and the registration form indicates you've already registered, then please fill in your profile. That way I can find you in our systems and see what needs fixing. 🙂
