Cannot call a specific Vodafone mobile number anymore

Good evening,

A friend has a vodafone (NL) mobile number.

I signed with KPN on 17 March and had no problem to phone him until 19 May. The last time a call was successful was on 19 May.

Ever since 19 May, I have been getting a busy tone when I try to dial his number.

Phoning his landline is not problem, and other mobile numbers work.

Any idea on how to resolve this please?

Hi Betrandh, dat seems a plausible theory because i can't see any anomalies in the network settings. Maybe you should check the block list om you're friend's phone.

That's oddly specific Bertrand. Your friend hasn't encountered any problems if he is calling you? Could you provide me with both numbers in your profile?

I have just added my phone number and my friend’s phone number to my profile.

A personal theory is that my friend may have pressed the wrong button on his smartphone and blocked my number by mistake. This is because I can call another vodafone number with no issue.
