Hello. Is it possible if I change my subscription before the renewal date? Thank You.

You can change (renew) it 4 months before the renewal date, with different limits. Before that ​​​​​you can change it once per months (higher or lower), but not lower than the original one. 

In october 2019 KPN introduced ‘Hussel’ subscriptions and since then it’s also possible to change it (once a month) to a lower option than the one you started the subscription with.

Hi @21051 , you are talking about a mobile subscription , right? You can change (renew) it 4 months before the renewal date, with different limits. Before that you can change it once per months (higher or lower), but not lower than the original one.
