I received a bill in email and i assume my previous bank account (Latvian) didn’t fit for it and i change it to dutch bank account. Am I supposed wait till it charges automatically or i have to pay manually?

Hi @Eberzina and welcome to our forum! It would be best to pay manually. If you take a look at our payment possibilities page (I've put it through Google Translate for you), then you’ll see “Can I transfer the money manually?”. Click that one, and you'll see our bank account numbers. Make sure to transfer the amount to the right bank account number (mobile, home services etc.) and make sure to note your customer number in your payment. 

I'd also advise you to call us on 0800-0402 on business days between 8:00 - 18:00 and on Saturdays between 8:00 - 17:00. Ask there if your bank account number can be changed, to prevent you from having to pay manually all the time. 🙂
