I have 2 subscriptions with Kpn,  last month I changed the contract of mobile nr 06***** toa cheaper offer. Got the confirmation on the mobile app the changes will be applicable from this new month October. But when I check the app today, seems nothing has been changed. Is this normal? Or can you let me know when the changes will start reflecting on the app?

Hi @Linda.E! The change should be immediately visible as soon as they start. Please check the webversion> mijn.kpn.com. Are the changes visable there?
