I made an appointment to get my order delivered between 12:40 and 14:40 today. I stayed the whole day house and at 14:30 I got a message I was not home and make another appointment. So disappointed by the courier service and the attitude of the person who took the call when I called to ask why!
This is normal way of working for KPN?
