I apologize for writing in English, but I don't speak Dutch. I have the following problem: I have been using my phone, which is a Redmi Note 11, as a hotspot for more than 1 year. And until yesterday morning everything was fine and dandy. Since then, the internet speed has decreased, but that is not the main problem. The main problem is that the connection keeps dropping for a few seconds at a time. And it's very annoying. Everything is just going well and suddenly in a few seconds the connection breaks. Then it recovers on its own. Needless to say how annoying it is and how much it gets in the way when playing online or watching F1 for example - as it is now. I tried everything - restarting the phone, changing the places of the sim cards. My other sim card is Odido and it doesn't have this problem, but I can't use it like this because it's another package that's not unlimited. I talked to an operator from KPN 2 times, they made me make settings in APN, but it does not help. I haven't changed or done anything - it's just that since yesterday morning things have gotten rough. Can anyone help? Please!

Same problem again today. The interesting thing is that my wife's phone is like this too. Everything that is described about restarting the phone, changing the places of sim cards, APN settings and others, and others, and others does not help !!!

You should have good coverage in your area. It could be a capacity problem but a kpn moderator should answer that question.
