Hi,

I have ordered a KPN SuperUnlimited plan with monthly cancellation. Everything was fine until courier knocked my door. I was surprised when he took a Revolut card and said "it needs to be a bank card, not debit card". What does it means that it needs to be a bank card, does the Revolut debit misses any needed data for payment? I have never met any problem like that in my country and I don't have any dutch account. So is it still possible for me to order a plan?

Short answer: We don't accept creditcards. At least not with a subscription and with delivery at home.    If you only buy a phone, you can pay with creditcard but only at the store.Â
