Hello! I expected my SIM-card to be delivered today but after the ringing the bell in the minute that it took me to go downstairs , the deliverer left. I have been without a SIM card for over a week waiting for the delivery. Can I get an explanation on what happened, please?

I'm afraid I can't really say much about the delivery service but I hope you've received the sim-card in the meantime.
Is this a replacement for an earlier simcard or a new simcard for a new subscription?

You can also visit one of our shops to get a new one, that's usually the quickest!
If you want to speak to our customer service about this the quickest route is by calling us on 0800-0402.
I can help you here as well with most things but it can take some time before you get a reply.
