Hello,
I've changed my prepaid number to a subscription. However, after this, I got an SMS arranging delivery for a SIM card. Does it normal? I've changed prepaid to subscription via Call Center, and the Customer Agent told me that it should work without SIM card replacement after 5-10 minutes.

Hi @Alexander M. ! You're correct, normally a change isn't necessary. I suspect the system has deemed that you're current card is to old. Did you receive you're new SIM card yet? You can activate you're new sim card here.  Please let me know if I can assist you further!
