Driving license not accepted for new subscription

i tried to make a subscription with a new phone and they say that NR70 on driving license is not accepted , what is that supposed to mean

Hi @Vlad4 and welcome to our forum! Code 70 or 71 means that the driver’s license is a copy or not the original license. Therefore it cannot be used as identification. Depending on what country you’re from, you can use other identification papers. Did my colleague explain to you what the options are? If not, could you let me know what country you’re from? Then I can let you know what identification papers can be used. 🙂
