E-sim is not working anymore it says "No Number"

I have been using my E-sim for a few months without a problem until a few days ago now it says “No Number ” and I ca n't use it for anything. I have tried reinstalling it, but nothing has worked. I am unable to go to a KPN store to fix it as I am out of the country does anyone have any advice?

Well that's unfortunate. Did you install an additional e-sim, a local provider?
