Start eens je telefoon opnieuw op (echt helemaal uitzetten en even wachten) en voer deze stappen uit:
1. Maak een KPN ID aan
2. Koppel je bestelling aan je KPN ID
3. Download de MijnKPN app op het toestel waarop je e-sim wilt gebruiken en log in met je KPN ID.
4. Volg de stappen om e-sim direct te downloaden

I have the same issue. I have followed all instructions but in the activation process I get into a retry loop. I click "activate esim" and then it ask permission to acces my phone's esim. I allow the action and get a message that something has gone wrong, please try again.
