Facturen van 2019 opvragen

Hello

I would like to see all details according my mobile services for 2019. 

Where and hoe can I see it?

Normally you receive the invoice each month by email. You can also find the last 12 months in your personal page MijnKPN. A KPN moderator can retrieve the earlier invoices of 2019 for you.

However, invoices older than 6 months don’t contain details like called phone numbers. These personal details are removed due to privacy rules.

      Hi @ElenaSpy, welcome to our KPN Forum and thanks for you message.

      It's like Ruud up here is saying. Only for the last 6 months you can get a invoice with the specifications. That's because of the (new) privacy rules unfortunately. I can send you the invoices of 2019, but without the call specifications. 

      Let me know it you still want to receive them! Then I need your name, zipp code, 06-number and clientnumber. You can note this information in your Forum profile.  Please let me know!
