GET PUK CODE when mobile phone is not couple with "my KPN"

Hi , i need my PUK code to unlock my phone

I tried via My KPN but my mobile is not couple with it. of course i cannot couple it as i need to enter sms code received on the mobile :(

How can i get the PUK code? there is customer service number /chat… ? thanks!

There is a second option on the KPN website, where you can fill in an online form using your mobile number and the simcard number.
