How does one contact kpn via email to point out that the contract has been terminated last month, so there is no need to send out new bills? I have just come off the hotline after being in the queue and listening to the music for 20+ minutes.

I unsterstand you detirmined your subscription. The determination and the last invoice have probably passed eachother. You will get a final invoice, on that will be a credit for every day you paid after the determination date.Â
