Hello,

I have an issue with mobile traffic via my new kpn simcard. I use KPN simcard in my mobile phone and see download latency that is about 2 sec. That’s too high. I made the same test with another mobile provider and it worked fine (latensy just about 150 ms). Both mobile simcards work via 4G network. Why KPN does provide such quality of internet connection?

 

Here is the result of tests. You can see average download latency is 2214 ms and the upload latency is 750 ms. Both are too high. Could you please check what is wrong with my connection? Thanks in advance.

That's seems way to high @Mariia and I’ll will gladly look into this. Did you test the latency of the network of the other provider with the same phone? Did you check if there is any kind of app active that can influence the latency. Software like a VPN, firewall of antivirus?
