High ping spikes with KPN Unlimited and online gaming

Hi,

 

On Sunday I bought SIM card with unlimited internet and now I have constant internet spikes, every 30~ seconds it randomly spikes from 30 to even 3k ping. Also KPN for some reason is blocking connection to riot games servers. I would love if you fix it so I dont have to cancel my contract.

    We don't specifically support these services on a mobile connection due to the nature of the signal. Maybe the coverage is not adequate enough but I don't have a specific reason I can offer you as a solution.

    Well it works fine with lebara somehow and Ive just changed because they dont have unlimited internet, I think there is a way to fix it. Because I find it hard to believe that suddenly yours doesnt work well when lebara signal comes out of the same transmitters. And the blockage of riot servers is still your choice.

    Which apn are you using? Try to use apn portalmmm.nl instead of apn internet.
