Hoi @John de Glazenwasser, welkom op ons forum! Ik heb hier vanuit KPN niet zo snel een antwoord op. Is dit een functie van je telefoon of heb je iets van een zakelijk abonnement waarbij dit inbegrepen zit?
In het laatste geval kun je terecht op ons zakelijke forum op 0800-0403

Nee geen zakelijk abonnement en in m’n telefoon kan ik totaal niets vinden om het wacht muziekje aan of uit te zetten.

Bij Apple is er niets over te vinden dus of die instelling zoals hieronder beschreven echt bestaat weet ik niet, ik heb geen iPhone.

Ik heb op deze website dit kunnen vinden hoe het aan te zetten, bij stap 4 zal jij het dan op uit moeten zetten:

Put Hold Music on iPhone

There may come a time when you need to put someone on hold while you talk to them on the phone. Instead of letting them hear the ambient noise in the room or silence, you can put them on hold with some nice hold music. Here’s how to put hold music on your iPhone:

1. Open the Phone app and tap on the menu bar at the top of the screen.
