I want to switch from subscription to prepaid and there is no option to do that on the app. And I am outside the country to a call back will cost me roaming! What can be done?

It is true that you cannot change your subscription to Prepaid through the MijnKPN app. The fastest way is to contact our customer service by phone. This can easily be done via a call-back appointment at a time that suits you! Then it will be quickly settled. But you can also contact us through Facebook or X.

I have already taken a quick look at your number and it should not be a problem to change this to Prepaid. But please take into account that you have a one-month notice period.
