How can i change my child's phone subscription to Teen plan?

When we were in KPN store in person with your staff, no one told us about the child/teen plan for phone subscriptions. How can we change the current plan to teen ?

Hello ​@CynthiaH, i don't know which plan you have at the moment for your child, but the best way to find out if you can change the subscription is to contact the customer servcie of visit the KPN store again.

You may want to dial 088-7650017 for further help regarding this issue.

Otherwise, cancel the actual plan if possible, and browse to:

https://www.kpn.com/mobiel-abonnement/kinderen

for a new plan (Dutch)
