How can I pause my mobile contract?

Hello, 

 

I would like to pause my mobile contract for several months as I am currently in the US. Can I pause my contract and start it again in a few months? How can I do this?

Hello @Pause Mobile Contract, we don't have a pause option. The only thing that might be possible is if your contract is over due to set it to a prepaid and change it back when you come back to the Netherlands. 

Otherwise if you use MijnKPN app you can set it as low as possible. Then it costs less.

For instance to 0 GB.

    It's not possible to pause a mobile contract.

    Via MijnKPN app you can set it as low as possible. Then it costs less.

    For instance to 0 GB.
