I have switched to a new phone and my e-sim that was assigned did not transfer with it. When I tried to scan the original QR code, the message comes up that it cannot be added. I tried multiple times on different days. Can you issue me a new QR code that works for the same number?

Hi @eSIM Cannot Be Added welcome to the KPN Community. Did you manage to resolve this? I'm sorry but i can't reissue the QR Code because of security and privacy concerns. When you switch to a new phone you will receive a conformation code on your old phone to confirm that it's actually you who has requested the transfer.

If you keep having issues you should visit a KPN Store so that my colleagues can solve this for you.
