How long can I stay abroad with a KPN subscription?

Hello,

I am just curious to know if I have a subscription for a mobile plan at KPN and I plan to travel outside of the Netherlands do I have a time limit of how many days I can stay abroad? For example, if I stay 180 consecutive days outside the Netherlands but still in Europe then am I still able to use my plan or do I need to come back for a certain amount of days?

Hi @Catalin Sabau, welcome! According to the terms and conditions from ‘Roam like home’, we look at the usage from the last 4 months. So 180 days would be too much, unless you have a ‘lasting relationship’ with the Netherlands, which means: we can ask you to show us any documents which demonstrate you have this relationship. For example a declaration from a college/university, employers declaration. Then it shouldn't be a problem.
