Since Semptember I filled 2 times the form to stop my phone account but you continu to send me the bill.
I would like to know how to really STOP my account and have cash back too because I don’t use it at all since two month...

So ? How long is it to have a response ??

I’m very tired I called many times in the past now I don’t have dutch phone anymore you can contact me on +************ or just simply stop my account and give cashback…

*Unfortunately, my colleagues cannot call you back on a foreign number


As I said I already did this 2 month ago and I can not use anymore my Dutch phone.
Could I have an adapted response and not a copy and paste?


I found a way to call your client service and my phone account will be stop only next month.
I’m so happy to pay 3 month for NOTHING oups not nothing but to have the possibility to call your client service.
At least when I will come back in the netherlands I know which phone operator I should not use and which phone operator I should not advice to my friends.
