please how can I switch from subscription which is about to end to prepaid without loosing my phone number?

Hi @Magdelaine, welcome to our Forum and thank you for your message.

You can convert your KPN subscription to prepaid from the date your contract ends. You can best arrange this through our customer service. I can not convert this for you because it is actually a cancellation and we have a specific department for that. Once you have contact with that department, you indicate that you want to cancel but want to keep the number for prepaid. Then that is arranged :slight_smile:
