Hi,

I recently switched from Vodafone/Ziggo to KPN, purchasing the internet and mobile combination. While completing the options on the KPN website, I was able to enter only one existing mobile phone number to transfer to KPN.

 

Could you please let me know how I can transfer a second existing mobile number from Vodafone/Ziggo to KPN?

It is for my wife and I. We live together and would like both keeping existing numbers.

You can transfer a second number to KPN by simply going to the mobile shop on our website and order a new mobile subscription with number retention at the same address. The name on the contract can be yours or your partner's, it doesn't matter.

When you are in the ordering process, you can choose that you already have KPN Internet at the same address and then the KPN Combi-benefits will automatically be activated as soon as the number is transferred to KPN.
