Hi!

Today, I went to KPN shop and I got my e-SIM card activated immediately at the store. I have an iPhone 15 and I have dual-SIM cards, however, my phone recognized the new e-SIM card, but the line “my phone number” is empty even if in MijKPN app my phone number exists. When I try to make a call or use the data, there's no service.

 

We kept my old sim-card from different provider in my phone, does that make any difference?

 

What to do?

Hi @m_p01, welcome! It shouldn't be a problem to have the second sim slot in use, even by a different provider. Have you tried restarting the phone?  

 

If that doesn't work, your best bet is to call us (0800-0402, free) so my colleague can check on the activation.
