I’m Arabella, and I came to get a Dutch sim card for my 6 month exchange back in October 2023. The lady at the store in Zeist told me it was a month to month contract because she knew my situation only being in the Netherlands for 6 months. As I have know figured out she accidentally gave me a 12 month subscription and I am still being charged for using a service that I am not using!! I have just submitted an emigration report on Kpn website, but I really want this to be resolved soon because as I have read online, I know people really struggle to contact you.
