I want to change my subscription from 20€(10gb 150 min) which I made in office of KPN to 25€ (50gb) which I found in app. For some reason consultant at office didn’t tell me about the last plan. But when I’m trying to change plan I see this  U kunt uw abonnement niet wijzigen, omdat een wijziging naar ander product niet is toegestaan of omdat er een wijzigingsverzoek in behandeling is. Can you help me with it please

How long have you had your subscription for? If it has been less than a month, the error you get is correct. You can only change your subscription once a month. So if it has been less than a month since your subscription started, you're going to have to wait a little longer. After the first month, you can change your subscription to a higher plan.
