Hi,

I cannot make an international call. I already activate the extra bundle for outside EU call but every time I tried to call non EU number, it didn't   push through. There will be busy sound then an automated operator will speak in Dutch but I ca n't understand Dutch. I also restart my phone and I tried calling 0800 0402 but I ca n't connect to an agent since the all options were in Dutch.

Possibly a block for international calls. 

This can only be turned off via 0800-0402. 

The voice response system recocnizes English. After the beep.
