Hi - I am trying to buy a bundle but it is telling me I have exceeded the limit. Not sure what this means because my credit is almost done. Can you please help. Thanks

Could you share a screenshot of this? (without private information on it)

Hi Thomas - thanks for this. I missed your reply and gave up trying to sort it because I couldn't get to the bottom of it. I switched to a different operator for data but if this issue can be resolved I would buy the 5GN bundle and switch back again to using data with KPN. I have tried periodically but still get the same error. I will keep an eye on this forum in case you reply. Many thanks

I'm not sure what error you're getting at which steps. Could you elaborate on that?
