Hi, I have ordered a SIM card last week with order number SISH384241-376195, it has been automatically activated by KPN but I didn’t received this physical SIM card and checked my mailbox many times. Can you please check where it goes and see what happens?

Hi @Janice.z . With the postal code or mobile number you provided I can't find anything in our systems. Are you sure the subscription is with the KPN?

Did you receive a confirmation of your order via e-mail?
