Good morning!A few days ago I have decided that i should make a subscription for an iphone 16 pro.The subscription lasts 2 years,but the first payment was 240 euros which was already done.I have received an email where it says that in less than a day i will receive another one with more info.But days have passed,and nothing.But the payment was done.What sould i do?Is my order on its way or not?

Good morning!I have called customer service and they have told me that if i did not receive any confirmation email probably my order did not go trought.And that it will be canceled and i will receive my money in 2 weeks.But i still did not receive any email about canceling the order.So what shoul i believe?

If the order was indeed cancelled, then you'll have your money back within 2 weeks. This is an automatic process and cannot be sped up.
