I have subscribed the unlimited data plan. But when I tried to activate the extra 2 GB day bundle, the response was: Wegens een technisch probleem kunnen we momenteel je gegevens niet ophalen. Probeer het later nog eens.

 

I tried to activate it via APP, SMS and MijnKPN website. but none of those worked

Just to be sure, you have tried this? “Bel/sms “ONBEPERKT AAN” naar 1266”?

If so, would you please wait a couple of hours and try again? Do you still get the same error?
