I need my PUK code

Question

Hello, my problem is that my sim is locked.

When i switch on my I phone i put in the wrong

kpn security code (eg. 0000) so the Sim is now

locked. I can not make phonecalls or receive sms. I only get , your Sim can not be accessed. Please call your carrier to obtain your PUK code.

Please help.

Hi @Colin golf. There are two ways to see your PUK code.  Find your PUK in MijnKPN If you don't have a MijnKPN, you can fill in this PUK form I hope this helps!

Hi@Colin golf  First option is your “MijnKPN” account, provided you’ve registrered your mobile product there.  Otherwise fill in the form onthis pageon the KPN website, with phone number and simcard number.    Hi@Paul_jij wint
