I ordered a phone on KPN, and it will be delivered tomorrow. But I’m afraid that the deliver guy would drop my package, so is it possible to pick it up somewhere myself, or if it is droped by the deliver guy, can I ask for replacement for a new one?

If it's a subscription to KPN with a phone then you have to sign the contract when the delivery guy is infront of your door. If you're not home they will send it to the nearest PostNL location you will receive a note in your mailbox with were to find it. Bring a valid ID to show your the owner of the package.

You should've recieved a PostNL track and trace code. If you're not home, they will either deliver it to your neighbours or try again at another time. You can also chose a pick-up point through the PostNL app. If the package happens to get damaged we of course are able to send you a replacement if necassary.
