I am having the same problem as Patrick1972. I am trying to install my e-SIM and the instructions state that I will receive an SMS, but if the e-SIM is not installed, I can’t receive the SMS. How do I work around this? I am out of the country and the international phone number for KPN does not work . . . Out of service. What is the international phone number to call to speak to someone? My chat box got terminated twice when trying to explain that route. Thank you for any guidance.
