Hi Kpn Team, I would like to know why I get invoiced for 28,50€/month  instead off 21,50€ /month,which I agreed to in the contract which I did not more than 2 months ago for phone + internet connection. I was offered a discount for already having Kpn as home internet although it look like I pay more. Can somebody clarify this to me? Thanks

Could you fill in your full name, your adress, your mobile number and you customer number in your KPN Forum Profiel, so it is only visible for you and the KPN team? Let me know when you’ve done this.
