I can upgrade my 20GB limit via the app. But, texting NL2000 to 1266 no longer works for the last month or so. It says “Uw ingevoerde code is niet herkend. Probeer het nog een keer.” Why?

You were right, but in this case “aan” has another meaning: ON so you’re asking to switch 2GB on.
